6-Week Group Nutrition Program
Programs happen every two months! Please sign up at link below!In this 6 week program we will be logging food everyday using the Practice Better app. Each week we will be covering a specific topic and focusing on that topic not only in group discussion but also in the way that we eat in our day to day lives. This program will cover all of the basics of nutrition that will give you the first steps that you need to start creating a better diet for yourself. We will be covering:
1. How Much Should I Be Eating
2. It's NOT Just Calories In and Calories Out
3. Carbs Are Your Friend
4. Fats Are Not the Enemy
5. Protein- How Much and From What?
Throughout the 6 Week Program we will be having challenges including a food logging challenge, exercise challenges, and a few others related to the topic of each week. There will be prizes!
